eagle painting

I painted this as extra credit in Civics class :3 This huge eagle is sharpening his talons, ready to fight back against the 9/11 attack. (may all those who have been lost be at rest) It's not my original design. It's from a comic strip my civics teacher had. Unfortunately I can't provide the original artist because I don't have the comic strip and couldn't read his signature... If any of you have it, I would really appreciate it if you could provide his name for me <3
